This policy explains how StudyBoxx ("we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you use studyboxx.store. We follow UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
Who we are

What we collect
- Mailing list: your first name, last name and email address when you sign up for pre-order updates.
- Revision Hub: the access code you enter and the dates and times it is used to sign in. We do not ask for your name to use the Hub.
- Emails you send us: whatever you choose to include.
How we use it
- To send you updates about pre-orders and StudyBoxx news (with your consent).
- To give you access to the Revision Hub and keep access codes secure.
- To reply to your messages.
We never sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We use MailerLite to manage our mailing list, and a secure hosting provider to run this website and store data. They only process data on our behalf.
Cookies and device storage
We use one essential cookie to keep the Revision Hub unlocked on your device. Study tools (such as the session planner) save notes only in your own browser. Our mailing list provider may also load a small script on the site.
How long we keep it
Mailing list details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Hub sign-in records are kept while the access code is in use.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by emailing us. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Under 13s
If you are under 13, please ask a parent or guardian before joining our mailing list.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
